Printable Aa 12 Steps

I stumbled upon these worksheets recently and they really resonated with me. They’re for the AA 12 Step Program but honestly, I think they could be helpful for anyone trying to make a change in their life. I wanted to share them with you all.

Step 4 Worksheets

Step 4 WorksheetsThe Step 4 worksheets are meant to help you take a deep look at yourself and your past, identify patterns of behavior that haven’t been working for you, and make a list of people you have harmed. It sounds heavy, and it is, but it can also be incredibly freeing to finally confront these things and begin to move forward. The worksheets ask questions like:

  • What things in your life are causing you fear and worry right now?
  • What resentment do you have towards yourself or others?
  • What have you done that you are proud of and what would you like to do in the future?
  • What have you done that you are ashamed of and what can you do to make amends?

It can be hard to be honest with yourself, but it’s necessary if you want to grow and change. And remember, no one is perfect.

Boundaries Worksheet

Boundaries WorksheetThis worksheet is all about setting healthy boundaries with the people in your life. It can be hard to say “no” or to recognize when someone is crossing a line, but it’s important for your mental and emotional well-being. Some questions this worksheet asks include:

  • What are your non-negotiables in a relationship?
  • What behavior are you willing to tolerate and what is a dealbreaker for you?
  • What is your communication style and what do you need from others in order to feel heard?

Remember, setting boundaries isn’t selfish - it’s an act of self-care. You deserve to be treated with respect and kindness.

AA Program Worksheets

AA Program WorksheetsThese worksheets are meant to help guide you through the 12 steps of the AA program. Each step is broken down into manageable pieces with questions to consider, such as:

  • What are your faults and your strengths?
  • Are there people you have harmed that you need to make amends with?
  • What can you do to continue to grow in your sobriety?

Even if you’re not part of the AA program, these questions can be helpful for self-reflection and growth. It’s not always easy to confront our faults and mistakes, but it’s necessary in order to move forward and become the best version of ourselves.

Rough Guide to 12 Step Programmes

Rough Guide to 12 Step ProgrammesThis guide is exactly what it sounds like - a rough guide to the various 12 step programs out there. It can be hard to admit that you need help, but there is no shame in seeking support. Whether it’s through a 12 step program, therapy, or a support group, know that you are not alone and that there are people who care about you and want to help you succeed.
